A tyre going down while the car is parked up at work is, oddly, the easiest kind to deal with. The vehicle is stationary, it is somewhere safe, and there is a whole working day in which to sort it out.
Book a slot, tell us where the car is parked and what registration to look for, and carry on with what you were doing. Most people leave the keys at reception or with a colleague. We will ring you if we find anything you would want a say on before we do it.
Car parks are generally good places to work — level, firm and with room alongside. The exceptions are tight multi-storeys and bays hemmed in on both sides, so if that is your situation mention it when you book and we will sort something out, even if that means meeting on a side street.
We carry new and part-worn tyres for cars and vans. If the puncture can be repaired safely we will repair it rather than sell you something you do not need, and either way the wheel is balanced before it goes back on.
Fleet and company vehicles are no problem. If several need doing, ring us and we will come and work through them in one visit rather than several.
Questions we get asked
Check with whoever manages the car park. Most are fine with it, but it is easier to ask first than to be asked to move halfway through.
